Welcome To The Team...

Introducing Michele Abraham

I have 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Through my career, I have had the opportunity to build relationships within the travel trade and gain extensive work experience by being involved in different facets of the business – from reservations to finance, guest services, sales and marketing. I have vast knowledge of, and insight into, the travel industry in southern Africa, having worked for hotel groups as well as tour operators, and I am very passionate to learn and find new ways to market and increase sales for a hotel and destination.
Michelle has worked at African Sun, Zenimax Travel Consultancy (ZTc), & Beyond, Rani Resorts, Minor Hotel Group – Africa and VIP Marketing (Walkersons Hotel & Spa and Turbine Boutique Hotel and Spa)

Introducing Gary Robson

A go-getter by nature! After my 3 year diploma in International Hotel Management, I actively began my hospitality career in 2007. Soon after I joined the Red Carnation Hotel Collection. I was promoted to Reservations Supervisor in 2012, which included reservations for Bushmanskloof Wilderness Reserve, and The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa. I later joined The Royal Portfolio, and assisted in centralizing their reservations department at their head office in Cape Town. With hard work - and a little bit of luck – I was given to opportunity to join Delaire Graff Lodges and Spa where I spent 3 of the most exciting years of my career (thus-far!). As one of her clients at the time, I started working closely with Anke and her team, and it soon became apparent that there is no better way to use my background, but to join this vibrant, enthusiastic family in promoting excellence within the African Synergy portfolio.
